                      Seva sangh compromised his vow of non-possession. Gandhi heard him out and agreed to let
                      him resign. However, Gandhi made it clear at a meeting of the Gandhi Seva Sangh that he did

                      1950. JP’s visit may have been in August 1951, after the birth of bhoodan in Telangana. Ajit
                      Bhattacharjea says JP visited Vinoba and other institutions in the Wardha area at that time and

                      reported that he found “a group of bold and original entrepreneurs who are in far greater touch
