                       O five persons! Approve my noble act of sacrifice, shower your blessings upon me.Here, he

                reminds us of the old Indian tradition of Panchayata, and advises us to follow the words of wise for

               good results .
                       For collective efforts for gaining true self-governance (Sva-rajya), he points out the following
               Mantra:-

                                      O;fp"Bs cgqik¸;s ;rsefg LojkT;sA(Rigveda V. 4.11)
                       Let us strive hard for attaining self-reliant governance wherein there is scope for everyone, and

               all the minorities are well protected by the majority .
                       To elaborate upon the Vedic preaching for hard work and persistent labour, he explains the

               following Mantra:-
                                            v;a es gLrks Hkxoku~ v;a es HkxoÙkj%A

                                   v;a es fo”oHks"kt% v;a f'kokfHke'kZu%AA (Rigveda X. 7.13)



                       My hand itself is God, it is even greater than Him.  My hand extends relief and grants freedom
               from all ailments, to all. Its touch is causing soothing effects, and causes all auspiciousness and purity.

               He, then, reveals that the God is unmanifest, and is manifested as hand of human being. Hence labour

               itself is the God incarnate .
                       The glory of industriousness and labour is again well sung by him in his explanation of the
               following Mantra:-

                                       u _rs JkUrL; l[;k; nsok%A(Rigveda IV.3.3.)
                       The gods help only those who perform their best, and who are tired (due to hard work). The

               gods never help the idle people or who are engrossed in vices .
                       For underlining the importance of alertness, awareness and attentive attitude, he explains the

               following Mantra as under:-
                                                 ;ks tkxkj re`p% dke;Urs

                                       ;ks tkxkj req lkekfu ;fUrA (Rigveda V.3.9.)
               The supreme knowledge of Rigveda and Samaveda dawns upon only those who attentively contemplate

               upon the Vedas. Thus, he implies that the ever-attentiveness and alertness are crucial parts of the

               process of intellectual upliftment .
                       For establishment of the equality of all human beings, he refers to the following Mantra -
